   Can muscle therapy actually help for weight loss?
   Of the many benefits I have came across (and witnessed myself) of muscle therapy, I think the one that surprised me the most was weight loss. At the risk of sounding like a snake oil salesman, let me explain:
    Working with the digestive system, lymphatic and lymphoid systems can promote weight loss by increasing circulation.
Reflexology works with the nerve endings in your hands and feet to provide a less invasive method of treating the digestive system.
    Stimulation of the spleen also reduces the sensation of hunger.
    When the digestive system is functioning properly, you require less food to get the nutrients your body needs. With an inefficient digestive system, your body wont make very good use of the food you ingest.
   When your lymphatic system is working efficiently your body will store less toxins and that means less malnutrition.
   The gall bladder stores bile secreted by the liver. Treating this can help break down fats and help lose weight.
   The thyroid, adrenal glands, and pituitary gland can have an effect on your diet as well, by balancing hormones and reducing stress in the body.
